What to expect

Encrisoft is an early-stage company.

That means people may sometimes work on problems where the process has not already been completely designed.

AI is a tool, not a substitute for judgement

We use modern tools, including AI, where they improve the quality or speed of our work.

We do not judge candidates or team members for using AI.

We do expect people to:

verify important outputs
understand what they submit
protect confidential information
identify unsupported claims
remain responsible for the final result

AI-generated output should never automatically be treated as correct.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation and benefits vary depending on the role, seniority, working arrangement and location.

Where a role has an established compensation range, we aim to publish it clearly in the vacancy.

Depending on the role, compensation may include:

fixed compensation
performance-linked commission
equity or long-term incentives
contractor arrangements
fractional arrangements

Any actual salary, commission, bonus or equity entitlement will be confirmed in the relevant written agreement.

Our interview process

We aim to keep our interview process focused, transparent and relevant to the work. The exact process may vary slightly depending on the role, but most candidates should expect the following.

We review your CV, professional background, application answers, and portfolio or relevant work where applicable.

Introductory Conversation
Usually around 30 minutes. We discuss your experience, interest in Encrisoft and the role, working style, availability and what you are looking for. You will have time to ask questions too.

Role Discussion
A deeper role-focused discussion covering the experience and judgement most relevant to the vacancy.

Practical Assessment, Where Relevant
Some roles may include a short role-relevant practical assessment so we can understand how you approach real work. If an assessment is substantial enough that Encrisoft could commercially use the output, it should be paid.
